We are currently offering the following services

Engineering and Design Assistance
With either a request for a new concept or addressing changes to an existing project, we help with engineering and design. We have access to AutoCAD and Onshape (a web based Solidworks like platform). We can help with machine programming as well, with experience including Allen Bradley, Eaton, Omron, Siemens, Horner, GE, Honeywell, and other lesser known controls and software. We are also taking on projects to retro-fit older systems with new controls and mechanical concepts.

Repair and Service
We offer skillful repair and service to a wide variety of industrial and mobile equipment. This includes everything from troubleshooting to the full scope of completing the repair work to get the machinery back to normal running condition. We can bring our own tools if need be. We aim to source as many replacement parts as we can locally to avoid long part lead times.

Preventive Maintenance
We will set routine maintenance schedules for equipment based on average run time cycles and workload compared to max runtime expectancies. We can advise on the best course for the maintenance of the equipment, or set a schedule for us to do the maintenance if our customers either don’t have maintenance available or the maintenance personnel they have are too busy.

General Contracting
With a huge shortage in labor found currently throughout many different trades, we are accepting short term contracts to assist in assembly, machine conditioning, technician work, maintenance work, repair work, and engineering controls work. This type of work is more focused on a short term spot fill for situations where a company needs someone while they try to fill or train their personnel.

Overflow Management
With companies big and small having a hard time finding skilled labor, we found a need for services to help with product overflow. Either having a workload that is too big to successfully overcome for its cost or just trying to transition away from the labor in general, we can assist in labor needs for a variety of things. This can be anything from building sub-assemblies and widgets off site, the QC of said assemblies, and final product testing. This gives companies a break in having more demand then they can supply.

3D Printing
Currently we have multiple FDM and resin printers available for printing parts and prototypes. We are able to print nylon and infused carbon fiber. We can either print a part based off of a part file given to us or use our Onshape design software to draw a file to print for our customers. We are currently looking at expanding our 3D printing services, so if there is a need for a specific type of printing, and we agree it’s in our wheelhouse, we can get the equipment needed for the product.

Training
We can set up training sessions for personnel on just about anything needed by a machine technician or maintenance technician. This can be simple stuff like how to make hydraulic hoses correctly, wiring concepts for stuff like motors and VFD’s, troubleshooting automation lines, and going over PLC concepts like programming ladder logic and using a PC to troubleshoot a system while it’s running.
